AMANDLA CONSTRUCTION is a NHBRC registered company, established in 2013 and has offices in the North West, Free State, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Gauteng Provinces, specialising in construction, building, water reticulation, sewer and sanitation, roads and road maintenance, building works and civil works.

General Activities
Amandla specialises in the building of low cost housing, water reticulation, road construction, paving, irrigation, storm water construction, fencing and steel work, sandblasting of silos, sewer reticulation and earthworks.

The purpose of Amandla is to provide a service to their clients with dedication and commitment ultimately contributing towards a profitable business.
BACKGOUND
Amandla has a good standing with SARS, registered with NHBRC, COIDA and accredited with a level 1 BEE status. Amandla further is registered with the CIDB and currently has the Grading of 8CEPE and 8GBPE.
We endeavour to ensure that all activities have a positive impact on the communities in which we work. Amandla’s Management team is committed to “giving back to the community” and strives in the training and transferring of skills to the people.
The various skills and experience of our management and employees within Amandla ensures that projects are managed in a professional manner and of high quality.

OUR TEAM
Our Chief Executive Officer has been actively involved in the construction, building and civil industry for the past six years.
His roles include the consulting for various companies, costing of projects, project management and ensure that good relations are maintained between our clients and Amandla at all times.
Our team has extensive experience in the construction, building and civil industry.
We recruit specialised, skilled and semi-skilled labour as and when required and prefer to utilize local service providers to enhance our local economy.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our Safety Management Plan has been developed and to ensure “injury free employees and incident free work” is obtained at all times.
Our Management team ensures that health and safety is not compromised by taking responsibility for employee safety, leading by example and encouraging positive safety behaviour.
